Our Hot Mat classes at Reforma Pilates are designed to push your limits, build resilience, and leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and recharged.
Set in a heated room at 35 degrees, these sessions are intentionally intense — combining controlled Pilates movements with dynamic, endurance-based sequences to challenge your strength, stability, and stamina. The heat amplifies every movement, increasing your heart rate and delivering a deep, full-body sweat that helps release toxins, improve circulation, and elevate your overall performance.
Expect to feel the burn, embrace the sweat, and move through discomfort in a way that builds both physical and mental strength.
